89AbstractIn this story The optimal parameters for dissimilar joints titanium alloy Ti6Al4V to aluminium alloyA6061 were investigated by the process of the transient liquid phase The interlayer was used for 20micron thickness of amorphous copper foil After cutting the samples and the interlayer prepare anddegrease them and the interlayer was placed between the samples and the joints set was laid inside thesteel holder Samples under processes of different joints in six times 15 20 25 30 35 40 and fourtemperatures 450 500 525 550 were connected into the vacuum chamber The aim of in study was toinvestigate the microstructure of cross sectioneal and metallographic samples and with optical andelectron microscopy of microstructure images were developed and discussed The chemicalcomposition of the regions and phases of the binding zone and the concentration main elementsinvolved in the coupling were analyzed by using an electron microscope equipped with EnergySeparation Analysis In binding zone of connected samples substractures changes and different phaseswas seen The formation and amount of different phases depend on penetration and penetration dependon binding parameters The mechanical properties of the specimens were evaluated by a Tensile sheartest with its special holder and microhardness in the binding position By increasing time and bondingtemperature the brittle intermetallic compounds have reduced sharply and increased the strength ofcomponents But at 550 c the desired sample has changed form because of this the 525 c was electedas the optimum temperature Also due to the decreasing tilt bonding properties because of increasingin time from 30 to 40 and also the economic aspect the optimal time for process is considered 35minutes
