IUT 77142 Degree Ph D Title The relationship between loading and haulage systems in open pit mines andoptimizing the allocation and dispatching system in the transport fleet Author Ali Dabbagh Supervisor Raheb Bagerpour Department Mining Engineering Date July 1 2019 Language Persian Abstract One of the important points in estimating the amount of production in a mine is todetermine the degree of dependence of the devices on each other In the open pit mine after drilling and blasting the crushed rock is loaded by loader to the haulage devices Theamount of rock that a loader can deliver to a haulage in a time unit depends on the capacityof the machines the number of them and the cycle s times So it can be important to get arelationship between the loaders and the haulages In the open pit mine transport fleet thematch factor between loading and haulage machines is defined This factor indicates thedegree of affinity of devices to each other In this thesis the match factor is firstintroduced and to improve the match factor a new parameter called the detailed matchfactor is presented For validation the detailed match factor three case studies wasselected In the first case study two mines Korkora and Shahrak iron mines supply aprocessing plant Using the detailed match factor it can be seen that in the event of adecrease in production the displacement of one or two trucks between the mines increasesthe part of production and partly compensates for the lack of production In the second casestudy Baghak and Dardvey iron mine first using the detailed match factor the problemof allocation trucks to Shovel was investigated and it was shown that five trucks could bewithdrawn from the production line to standby mode contract In addition it has been
