142 Use of nanostructured sorbents to develop microextraction methods for determination a number of pesticides by ion mobility spectrometry with corona discharge ionization source Maryam heydari soureshjani Maryam heydari@ch iut ac ir Department of Chemistry Isfahan University of Technology Isfahan 84156 83111 Iran1st Superviser Professor M Saraji Email Saraji@iut ac ir2nd Superviser Associate Professor M T Jafari Email Jafari@iut ac irAbstractIn the first study a novel covalent triazine based framework CTF grafted phenyl functionalizedfibrous silica nanosphere KCC 1 was synthesized via a simple and effective Friedel Crafts approach This sorbent was applied as a new coating in the solid phase microextraction SPME procedure toextract chlorpyrifos and fenthion pesticides in water and fruit samples before determining by coronadischarge ion mobility spectrometry CD IMS The linear dynamic range was obtained 0 1 10 gL 1 and 1 0 70 g L 1 and the limits of detection were calculated 0 05 and 0 55 g L 1 for chlorpyrifosand fenthion respectively The proposed method showed the recovery values in the range of 86 117 with a precision of 3 0 7 1 for real samples In the second study a three dimensional reduced graphene oxide polyaniline nanocomposite wassynthesized and applied as a sorbent for SPME of ethion from water samples followed by negativecorona discharge ionization ion mobility spectrometry The nanocomposite was synthesized via afast and facile two step electrochemical method Under the optimal conditions the linearity and limitof detection were found to be 1 0 70 and 0 4 g L 1 respectively The method presented goodprecision intra day and inter day n 3 ranged from 1 7 to 4 7 The analyte recovery obtainedusing spiked real water samples were in the range of 84 98 In the third study tannic acid was prepared through green and fast electropolymerization procedureon the surface of graphite thin film The prepared film was applied as an adsorbent in the thin filmmicroextraction of molinate prior to determination by CD IMS The linear dynamic range wasobtained between 0 1 and 20 g L 1 with a detection limit of 0 04 g L 1 The precision of the methodwas in the range of 2 4 6 0 Molinate was successfully determined by this method in different realsamples and the recoveries were in the range of 85 101 for spiked samples In the final study a combination of dispersive liquid liquid microextraction DLLME and fullevaporation thin film microextraction methods was applied to efficient extraction of molinate andovercoming solvent interferences in CD IMS Silica aerogel polyaniline nanocomposite combinedwith polyacrylonitrile was used to prepare a core shell nanofiber film by electrospinning method The extraction ability of individual DLLME and newly developed methods were studied The lineardynamic range and the limit of detection were 0 2 10 g L 1 and 0 05 g L 1 respectively The intra
