اين تحقيق به‌منظور توليد كنسانتره فلوريت از كانسنگ معدن باريت كمشچه اصفهان انجام شد. در اين راستا از سنگ معدن نمونه‌برداري انجام‌گرفته و مشخصات اين نمونه با آناليزهاي XRD، XRF و مقاطع ميكروسكوپي مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. خوراك اوليه حاوي 11 درصد فلور و مقادير بيشتري به ترتيب از SiO2
چكيده انگليسي :
This research was performed to eva‎luate feasibility of fluorite concentrate production from Komshecheh barite mine or. Sampling was performed from ore and jigs’ tailings and was prepared characterized by XRD, XRF and microscopic analysis. The prepared sample had 11 % fluorine content, and other major oxides were in the order of CaO>BaO>SiO2. Based on the mineralogical studies conducted using microscope, liberation degree of fluorite (over 90%) was determined to occur at 150 µm. Preliminary tests were conducted by shaking table and products were analyzed using XRF. Based on the results more six tests were designed and conducted, and based on the results of qualitative and quantitative analysis and specific gravity determination, unsuccessful separation by shaking table was concluded. Since such a gravitational method was not successful, flotation was examined. Effect of oleic acid, sodium silicate and sodium flo-silicate were studied using design of experiment methods. Full factorial experiment design was used to eva‎luate the parameters effect. Statistical analysis of the results revealed a mutual interaction between flo-silicate and sodium silicate, while best obtained product had 21% fluorine with recovery of 69.61%. Considering the highest grade that was obtained, additional tests were carried out to achieve a high grade concentrate. In the optimal state, fluorine was obtained with a grade of 25.63% and a recovery of 93.32%.
