ﺍﻣﺮﻭﺯﻩ، ﺑﺎ ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ ﺗﮑﻨﻮﻟﻮﮊﯼ ﻭ ﺍﻓﺰﺍﯾﺶ ﺗﻘﺎﺿﺎ ﺑﺮﺍﯼ ﺧﺪﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﺭﺗﺒﺎطي ﺑﺎ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ، ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﺩﺭ ﺷﺒكه‌هاي ﻧﺴﻞ ﭘﻨﺠﻢ ﺗﻠﻔﻦ ﻫﻤﺮﺍﻩ ﺍﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﻭﯾﮋەﺍﯼ يافته است. يكي از چالش هاي اصلي در اين حوزه، تخصيص بهينه منابع شبكه از قبيل عرض باند و قدرت پردازشي با‌ ﻫﺪﻑ ﺍﻓﺰﺍﯾﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺧﺪﻣﺎﺕ و ﺳﻮﺩﺁﻭﺭﯼ ﺷﺒكهﻫﺎ ﺍﺳﺖ. ﺩﺭ ﺍﯾﻦ ﭘﮋﻭﻫﺶ، ﺭﻭﯾكرﺩﯼ ﺑﺮﺍﯼ ﺗﺨﺼﯿﺺ ﻫﻮﺷﻤﻨﺪﺍﻧﻪ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﺩﺭ ﺷﺒكهﻫﺎﯼ ﻧﺴﻞ ﭘﻨﺠﻢ ﺗﻠﻔﻦ ﻫﻤﺮﺍﻩ ﺍﺭﺍﺋﻪ ﺷﺪﻩ ﺍﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑر ﺍﻭﻟﻮﯾﺖ ﺑﻨﺪﯼ ﮐﺎﺭﺑﺮﺍﻥ ﺑﺮﺍﺳﺎﺱ ﺳﻮﺩﺁﻭﺭﯼ ﻭ ﺷﺮﺍﯾﻂ ﻣﺤﯿطي ﺗﻤﺮﮐﺰ ﺩﺍﺭﺩ. ﺍﯾﻦ ﺭﻭﯾكرﺩ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺩﻭ ﺭﻭﺵ ﺗﺨﺼﯿﺺ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﺑﺮ ﺍﺳﺎﺱ ﻭﺯﻥ ﻭ ﺗﺨﺼﯿﺺ ﺑﺎ ﺍﻭﻟﻮﯾﺖ ﮐﻨﺎﺭ ﮔﺬﺍﺷﺘﻦ ﺍﺳﺖ. ﺍﯾﻦ ﭘﮋﻭﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎﻥ مي‌دهد ﮐﻪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻫﻮﺷﻤﻨﺪﺍﻧﻪ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻧﻪ ﺗﻨﻬﺎ ﺍﺯ ﻧﻈﺮ ﺍﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩﯼ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻮﺩ ﺷﺒكه‌ﻫﺎ ﺍﺳﺖ، ﺑﻠكه ﺍﺯ ﻟﺤﺎﻅ ﻓني ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﻪ ﺑﻬﺒﻮﺩ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺧﺪﻣﺎﺕ ﻭ ﺭﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﮐﺎﺭﺑﺮﺍﻥ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ مي‌شود. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ، ﺍﻓﺰﺍﯾﺶ ﺳﻮﺩﺁﻭﺭﯼ ﺷﺒكه ﺑﻬﺒﻮﺩ ﺯﯾﺮﺳﺎﺧﺖﻫﺎ ﻭ ﺍﺭﺗﻘﺎﯼ ﺧﺪﻣﺎﺕ ﺭﺍ ﺗﺴﻬﯿﻞ مي‌كند ﮐﻪ ﺩﺭ ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺍﻓﺰﺍﯾﺶ ﺭﻗﺎﺑﺖ ﭘﺬﯾﺮﯼ ﺷﺮﮐﺖﻫﺎﯼ ﺍﺭﺍﺋەﺩﻫﻨﺪﻩ ﺧﺪﻣﺎﺕ ﻣﺨﺎﺑﺮﺍتي ﺩﺭ ﺑﺎﺯﺍﺭ مي‌شود. ﺍﯾﻦ ﺍﻣﺮ ﺑەﻭﯾﮋﻩ ﺩﺭ ﺷﺮﺍﯾطي ﮐﻪ ﺷبكهﻫﺎﯼ ﻧﺴﻞ ﭘﻨﺠﻢ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮﺍﻥ ﺯﯾﺮﺳﺎﺧﺖ ﮐﻠﯿﺪﯼ ﺑﺮﺍﯼ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺁﯾﻨﺪﻩ ﻣﻄﺮﺡ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ، ﺍﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯼ ﭘﯿﺪﺍ مي‌كند. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮﺭ ﺍﺭﺯﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﮐﺎﺭﺍﯾﯽ ﺍﯾﻦ ﺭﻭﺵ ﻫﺎ، ﺷﺒﯿەﺳﺎﺯﯼ ﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﺩﺭ ﺳﻪ ﺳﻨﺎﺭﯾﻮﯼ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ، ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﺎﮐﺮﻭ ﺷﻬﺮﯼ، ﻣﯿكرو ﺷﻬﺮﯼ ﻭ ﻣﺎﮐﺮﻭ ﺭﻭﺳﺘﺎﯾﯽ، ﺍﻧﺠﺎﻡ ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﺍﺯ ﺷﺒﯿەﺳﺎﺯﯼ ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎﻥ مي‌دهد ﮐﻪ ﺍﺳﺘﻔﺎﺩﻩ ﺍﺯ ﺭﻭﯾكرﺩﻫﺎﯼ ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎﺩﯼ، ﺑەﻃﻮﺭ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺍﻓﺰﺍﯾﺶ 10/87 ﺩﺭﺻﺪﯼ ﺳﻮﺩﺁﻭﺭﯼ ﺷﺒكه ﺩﺭ ﺗﻤﺎمي ﺳﻨﺎﺭﯾﻮﻫﺎ ﺷﺪﻩ ﺍﺳﺖ. ﺩﺭ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﻣﺎﮐﺮﻭ ﺭﻭﺳﺘﺎﯾﯽ، ﺍﯾﻦ ﺍﻓﺰﺍﯾﺶ ﺑﻪ 13/3 ﺩﺭﺻﺪ، ﺩﺭ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﻣيكرو ﺷﻬﺮﯼ ﺑﻪ 12/52ﺩﺭﺻﺪ ﻭ ﺩﺭ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﻣﺎﮐﺮﻭ ﺷﻬﺮﯼ ﺑﻪ 6/78 ﺩﺭﺻﺪ ﺭﺳﯿﺪﻩ ﺍﺳﺖ.
چكيده انگليسي :
With the advancement of technology and the growing demand for high-quality communication services, resource management in 5G mobile networks has gained significant importance. One of the primary challenges in this domain is the optimal allocation of resources to enhance service quality and network profitability. This study presents an approach to intelligent resource allocation in 5G networks, focusing on user prioritization based on profitability and environmental conditions. The proposed approach includes two methods: weight-based resource allocation and exclusion-priority allocation. This research demonstrates that intelligent resource management not only benefits networks economically but also leads to technical improvements in service quality and user satisfaction. Additionally, increased network profitability facilitates infrastructure improvements and service upgrades, ultimately enhancing the competitive position of operators in the market. This is especially crucial as 5G networks are emerging as a key infrastructure for future development. To eva‎luate the effectiveness of these methods, simulations were conducted in three different scenarios: urban macro, urban micro, and rural macro environments. The simulation results indicate that the proposed approaches lead to an average increase of 10.87%in network profitability across all scenarios. Specifically, in rural macro environments, this increase reached 13.3%, while in urban micro and urban macro environments, the profitability improvements were 12.52% and 6.78%, respectively.
