چكيده فارسي :
اين پژوهش به بررسي تأثيرات فناوري بلاك چين بر پلتفرمهاي اقتصاد گيگ با استفاده از رويكرد نظريه بازي تكاملي ميپردازد. با توجه به رشد تصاعدي اقتصاد گيگ در سالهاي اخير، بهويژه در دوران همهگيري كرونا، مسائلي مانند كيفيت كار، اعتماد، امنيت، پرداختها، مالكيت فكري و محرمانگي اطلاعات به چالشهاي اصلي تبديل شدهاند. فناوري بلاك چين با ارائه شفافيت اطلاعاتي، راهحلهاي بالقوهاي براي اين مسائل ارائه ميدهد. اين پژوهش با استفاده از مدلسازي رياضي و نظريه بازي، تأثيرات بلاك چين را بر پلتفرمهاي اقتصاد گيگ بررسي ميكند. سه سناريو شامل بازي استكلبرگ، بازي تكاملي و بازي تكاملي با قرارداد اشتراك كميسيون مورد تحليل قرار گرفتهاند. نتايج نشان ميدهند كه اعتماد، شهرت و شفافيت پلتفرمها بهطور قابل توجهي بر رفتار فريلنسرها و قيمتگذاري پروژهها تأثير ميگذارند. همچنين، قراردادهاي اشتراك كميسيون بين پلتفرم و فريلنسرها بر سودآوري و رفتار فريلنسرها تأثيرگذار است. اين پژوهش نشان ميدهد كه فناوري بلاك چين ميتواند به افزايش كيفيت كار فريلنسرها و بهبود عملكرد پلتفرمهاي اقتصاد گيگ كمك كند.
چكيده انگليسي :
This study examines the impacts of blockchain technology on gig economy platforms using an evolutionary game theory approach. Given the exponential growth of the gig economy in recent years, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, issues such as work quality, trust, security, payments, intellectual property, and information confidentiality have become major challenges. Blockchain technology offers potential solutions to these issues by providing information transparency. This study uses mathematical modeling and game theory to examine the impacts of blockchain on gig economy platforms. Three scenarios, including the Stackelberg game, the evolutionary game, and the evolutionary game with a commission-sharing agreement, are analyzed. The results show that trust, reputation, and transparency of platforms significantly affect freelancers’ behavior and project pricing. Also, commission-sharing agreements between platforms and freelancers affect freelancers’ profitability and behavior. This research shows that blockchain technology can help increase the quality of freelancers' work and improve the performance of gig economy platforms
