AbstractWhen the heavy negative particle n K stops in matter it usually forms exotic atoms inhighly excited states The exotic atom formation is followed by an atomic cascade consisting ofmultistep transitions to lower atomic states Studies on of exotic atoms are important in different point of view like strong interaction withnucleus and theory of QCD in low energies Studies on cascade of muonic atoms can reveal important information about the properties of exotic atoms It is also very important in muoncatalyzed fusion CF In this thesis in contrast with the other works we do not consider the kinetic energy of muonicatoms constant We have used multi group method The energy dependence of the rates of collisional cascade processes can take in to account bythis method In addition the energy spectra of muonic atoms in the gluund state is calculated For this purpose we divided the energy spectrum to 10 group then use the rate of externalAuger effect Coulomb deexcitation muon transfer and elastic scattering to solve the dynamicsof cascadeprocessesin each group These equations are linear differential coupled equations To solve it we use the Runge kuttamethod in forth order which was programmed in Maple 9 Finaly it was concluded that this energy spectrum is not Maxwellian distribution and our resultswere compared with the results of the Mont Carlo simulation 1 If JII Ii r 2C ii j
