118Abstract FMS100 installation is a flexible manufacturing system that has been made by FESTODidactic for educational purpose This System consists of commissioning distribution testingand assembly workstations that connected to the automated storage and retrieval system viathe conveyor One PC integrated to the system that control and monitoring the system by useof COSIMIR Control software This PC connected to the workstations and storage via theindustrial network PROFIBUS FMS The main purposes of this project are starting up of the FMS100 design Palletizing andDepalletizing processes and execution them by the system Palletizing and depalletizingprocesses perform by robot in the commissioning station
