Abstract Rural landscape change is affected by rural s infrastructure gas electricity phoneline and Services such as kindergarten primary school guidance school high school health center bank cooperatives and other services in agriculture Furthermore thegovernment policy has been an important factor in rural landscape change in the recentdecade In result of the changes in rural and urban relation ships and has to someimbalances in rural area The objective of this study is determined the effective factors onthese changes for surveying their impact happened on rural landscape Here land usechange was assessed by Remote sensing method for the period of 1990 2004 as well as thesurvey method There was a significant negative relationship between farmers age And hisland use change There was a significant negative relationship between a number ofhousehold members and his land use change There was no significant literate relationshipbetween a number of employer And his land use change There was positive relationshipbetween the households in come and landscape change Infrastructure Services Loanfactor were only affected on economic index of landscape change Services was onlyeffecting on social index of landscape change Services were only effected on frameindices of landscape change
