Abstract Although at the first time using of Roller Compacted Concret RCC was limited tomassive structural works such as dams construction but speciality of RCC to obtain of highstrength particularly at low ages cause to concentrate the attention of experts for using ofRCC in pavements construction that called RCCP On the other handt speciality of RCCP to decrease pavement construction expenses anaccelerating of construction caused to make many researches in relation with the role ofRCCP to grant desigk aims In this research effect of pozzolan and steel fibers on mechanical behaviours has beenstudied the considered specimens in this research have made and studied in the base of soilview For compacting of concrete the Kango vibrating hammer has been used The testswere made in two phases At the first phases required optimum moisture value for mix design was obtained Inthis Phase 243 cubic specimens of 150 150 150 millimeters were made and evaluated At the second Phase mechanical behavior of specimens with optimum moistureobtained from the first Phase results was evaluated These specimens consist compressivesamples at tow sets of ages 28 and 90 days 90 samples and flexural samples at the age of210days 45 samples that were cubic specimens of 150 150 150 millimeters forstudding of compressive strength and prismatic specimens of 350 100 100 millimetersfor studding of flexural behavior of considered mix design
