Abstract In the last two decades both academicians as well as practitioners have shown keeninterest on the subject supply chain management SCM Globalization of market increased competition reduction gap between products in term of quality and performanceare compelling the academicians and industry to rethink about how to manage businessoperations more efficiently and effectively Due to supply chain management consider all of companies and organization thatimpress on product producing as an integrated system coordination between members forcost reduction and quality addition was attended One of the main issues of supply chain management is to find suitable mechanism tocoordinate the member s relationship in order to achieve overall maximal profit In this research we consider three echelon supply chain coordination by priceadjustment mechanism discount model Hereof in literature price adjustment mechanismin two echelon supply chain has been presented In this research we extend thismechanism to three echelon supply chain and consider variable lead time which has moreaccommodation with real world We made a model with benefit object function for theproblem Then we have analyzed the model with and without coordination By solution theproposed model proper order quantities have been obtained Finally benefit of using thismechanism was specified and surplus benefit dividing was discussed
