AbstractRecognition evaluation and analysis of information about soil give valuable informationabout history of use and land use of area Decrease of fertility of soil due to leaching and tobe unavailable of nutrients that cause of erosion process can be in consequence of land usechange How ever Rangelands along a short time cause of decrease of fertility change tobarren lands So that accelerated erosion appears Due to cumulative increase of populationof farmers animal husband mans and lack of suitable agricultural lands process ofRangeland use change to Irrigated and dry agricultural and have started in last decade andcontinue These effects of his land use changes are kinds of water erosion degradation ofvegetation and decrease of soil availability that uses decreasing of agricultural yields These destructive effects are not limited to agricultural lands all properties This study hasconducted In order to determine and evaluation effects of land use changes on soilproperties For this goal Rangelands of Feridonshahr of Esfahan province was chosen fortheir Geographic conditions meteorological and weather characteristics and otherecological factors vegetation edaphics properties For providing land use maps related to30 years ago Aerial photos on 1 20000 1 50000 and 1 40000 Scale were used Threemap contains recent land use map of 10 years ago and land use map of 25 years ago wereproduced sampling from 0 5 5 10 and 10 30 centimeter of soil depth in 4 land usecontain preserve Range Irrigated agricultural land and dry farming from one kind ofphysiographic land part 3 2 2 were done Soil analysis were contains specific bulkpercent of saturation moisture percent of gravel Texture Stature colour infiltration rate plastic limit Liquid limit pH Electrical conductivity EC Solution cation and Anion organic carbon NO3 2 Absorbable phosphorus percent of CaCO3 and CEC Capacity ofExchangeable cation For Analysis this information uses SAS Software According toresults about 15 percent of rangeland of this watershed in 30 years ago has changed toother land use that from this rate 4 7 changed to dry farming 10 7 changed to Irrigatedagricultural lands 0 23 changed to gardens In filtration rate in preserve lands was morethan other land use and in Irrigated agriculture lands was less than other land use in subcatchments that quantity of land use change were Extended Increase of erosion andsediment production land use changes and depth had significant effects 1 on wereclearly further EC NO3 2 P2O4 Ca2 Mg Specific bulk percent of O C CaCO3 andCEC and on SAR HCO3 CO3 and SO42 Na K Cl had no significant effects Landuse change had significant effects on PL and LL depth had significant effects on pH Landuse changes is cause of big amount of changes in physical chemical and hydrologicalproperties of soil and also change rate and type of vegetation and decrease power of soiland vegetation sediment production control and consequently other property of ecosystemalso were affected Properties of vegetation in over grazing rang lands changed such ascrown cover litter density and combination of species and reproduction of decreasesspecies
