105Degree Master of ScienceTitle Introducing a Heuristic Algorithm to Establish ISO IEC 17025 Standard OrientedLaboratory Management Standard and its Stabilization in Selected Laboratories ofMaterial Engineering Department of Isfahan University of Technology Author Amir RastpourSupervisors Gh A Raissi M H FathiDepartment Industrial and System EngineeringDate Language PersianAbstract These days Companies which have focused on customer and are satisfying their needs inthe best quality and minimum cost have a good competitive advantageous in the market using the facilities and recourses in an optimal manner is compulsory to a company if itwants to be successful in the local and international markets In the last years industrieshave focused on using the total quality management concepts to get better position in thecompetitive markets Many of Test Calibration laboratories all over the world are using avast of resources to get ISO IEC 17025 certification Iranian laboratories have investedon ISO IEC 17025 standard too to elevate their quality culture and to get higher level ofcustomer satisfaction The various kinds of laboratories and lack of suitable experiencesin ISO IEC 17025 stabilization in Iran shows the necessity of scientific researches onrelated problems Various views of ISO IEC 17025 standard has been investigated andanalyzed using process approach to extract the interactions of its necessities in this thesis At end a practical algorithm has been developed to establish the ISO IEC 17025 standardin various industries Suggested algorithm tested using practical and scientific criterions Practical test of suggested algorithm was down by establishing the ISO IEC 17025standard in metallurgy engineering department of Isfahan University of Technology andscientific test of suggested algorithm was down by comparing the algorithm with alikealgorithms based on scientifically defined criterions Kewords ISO IEC 17025 TQM Stabilization Algorithm
