AbstractMultinational companies play a key role in global economic system Effective factors inestablishing an Iranian Multinational with automotive point of view is examined in this study Inmanaging a multinational automotive company international factors such as tariffs exchangerates income tax legislations trade barriers and competition on world wide distribution ofcapacity and demand may have an important effect To help management to consider impacts ofchanges in these factors in its decisions associated with production distribution and investmentintegrally we developed a mixed integer programming model to solve global automotive supplychain problem optimally We use a simplified production distribution network structure toemphasize the role of international factors without complicating the analysis The global networkconsidered is composed of 4 echelons part suppliers automotive manufacturers distributioncentres and demand zone
