Abstract The purpose of this research is to determine the factors affecting effectiveness ofagricultural education courses in the agricultural cooperatives in Isfahan province Iran This research is an applied one and the analysis was carried out using correlation methods The study area of this research was divided into two groups of teachers and students of thecourses presented by Isfahan cooperative department The courses were presented in threemajor fields of agronomy animal husbandry and horticulture Sample size contained 150students that were selected from 975 total students and by using Kukran formula The 150students were distributed among the students of agronomy animal husbandry andhorticulture on the basis of their relative size in the study area Teachers sample contained35 ones and they were those who could be reached by the researcher access to all of theteachers was not available and practically selecting random sample was not possible Theresults showed that the degree of effectiveness for different courses differs from bothteachers and the students points of view Also from the students point of view theeffectiveness of agronomy courses differed among the townships but from the teachers point of view the effectiveness of the animal husbandry and horticultural courses differedamong the townships In all effectiveness of the courses was higher in teachers point ofview than that of the students
