AbstractBilliards have long served as prototype system in the field of classical and quantumdynamics In this thesis by using the geometrical concept of gyration radius theclassical and quantum states of a particle in stadium will be compared quantitatively In classical the coordinate of the particle collision with billiard boundary and inquantum state coordinate of the collision nodal wave function with boundary are usedfor calculate the gyration radius The obtained gyration radiuses for correspondingclassical and quantum states are in good agreement with each other
