AbstractIn light and heavy vehicle to adjust undesirable effects arising ripples of road surface suspension system uses This project has been defined for the requirement of multi usagevehicle with target of design and optimization of desirable suspension system for this vehicle In third chapter after primary review of this object and vehicle dynamic model front and rearsuspension system has been designed and manufacturing plans of suspension system havebeen presented At next chapters there are simulations of road profile and dynamic model inMSC ADAMS software Then design of experiments by taguchi method modeling with useof Neural Network model and stabilization vehicle handling with genetic algorithm by meansof MATLAB7 4 have been done At the end design and topological optimization of rearsuspension system in the multi usage vehicle by ANSYS software have been studied andresult percent reduction of primary wrought of vehicle have been given
