94 Abstract Data envelopment analysis method can be seen as one of the newest and most widely used performance evaluation methods This method measures the efficiency using inputs and outputs of the system with help of different models Classic models are the first models introduced in this field Some drawbacks in classic models cause the emergence of network data envelopment analysis models These models consider a network structure in which exogenous inputs are transformed to intermediate outputs after some interactions and the final output will be yielded in the end In real word we can find a lot of examples that do not conform to the existing network structure This nonconformity is due to the effect of an output in different time periods dynamic effect One of the latest and most applicable Network DEA methods considering dynamic effect was presented by Chen in 2009 This method has some drawbacks as being unable to measure efficiency in different time periods and in DMUs etc In this dissertation the interrelations amongst networks with dynamic effects were studied and based on these interrelations a structure was introduced to measure dynamic effects in different time periods easily Then three methods were proposed to measure the efficiency of DMUs with dynamic effected structures compound method slack based measure of efficiency and a method based on series and parallel structures Finally a solution was proposed to measure the efficiency of DMU in each time period Keywords Data envelopment analysis Dynamic effect Performance evaluation Efficiency
