AbstractThis thesis is based on research in order to combine two of the newest methods ofpolishing and the forming of sheet metal parts In this study combining two newtechnologies in advanced manufacturing techniques in field of production andmanufacturing system plus use of an advanced mechatronics systems with modernhardware components and software introduced a new technology that the advantage of themagnetic abrasive particles and the gradual formation of the Computer Numerical ControlMilling machine is used simultaneously The advantages of this new technology is thatdoes not require the polishing of production and no need for molds and tooling forproduction of single parts The magnetic abrasive powder suitable for admission to the saturated mud in order to keepabrasive particles during operation and pay the necessary changes in various parameters ofthese methods Abrasives such as size distance from the surface magnetic tool magnetictool rotational speed venice using experimental design a variety of experiments designedAnd the appropriate values for these tests to achieve better results in the formation processand is presented This polishing method also combines with the gradual formation of a newmethod for producing parts of the shell is using a rotating cylindrical brush that is used as atool to shape the milling machine gradually and a thin sheet on a mandrel surface based onmilling machine table is spread with Computer Numerical Control In this method theshear stress of tool with little vertical force on the spindle is inserted into the sheet Causedeformation of the sheet is formed The polishing method could work with a magneticfield of the magnetic abrasive particles in a magnetic field and pulling the abrasiveparticles on the surface is used And pay the operation and shaping will be donesimultaneously The pieces are made of and that pay well and have formed simultaneously This method can be combined as one of the newest and most effective methods ofproduction shell parts Several experiments conducted in this research work hasdemonstrated the efficacy of this combination Also adding to the processes and toolingaccessories can improve the efficiency of this method Increase in system performance high frequency induction heating equipment such as source and ultrasonic oscillatorinnovative systems have been added Study results suggest that this innovation has had amajor impact on improving processes The analysis of finite elements methods properlymatch the data from experiments performed with the theoretical results obtained
