64Combined Microporous Membrane Based Liqud Liqud Liqud Microextractionand In situ Differential Pulse Voltammetry to Determination of Trimipramine and Magnetic Solid Phase Extraction to Preconcentrate of Trace Amount of Lead Using Modified Sol Gel with NiFe2O4 Magnetic Nanoparticles Sedigheh Rabiei S Rabiei65@gmail com September 13 2012 Department of Chemistry Isfahan University of Technology 84156 83111 Isfahan Iran Degree M Sc Language FarsiProf A A Ensafi Email Ensafi@cc iut ac irAbstract In this work membrane based liquid liquid liquid microextraction and electrochemical analysis are bothused to clean up preconcentrate and measure the amount of Trimipramine in biological samples of plasma andurine In membrane based liquid liquid liquid microextraction organic phase was saturated in porous polyethylenepores of membrane with 1 0 cm diameter Here phosphoric acid is used as acceptor phase and the extractionwas done from 5 mL aqueous sample in basic pH The effective parameters on extraction are types of solvent NaOH concentration in sample solution the type and concentration of acid used in acceptor phase rotation rateof sample solution the effet of salting out extraction temperature and time The best results were obtained in0 06 M NaOH in sample solution without NaCl 0 06 M phosphoric acid as acceptor solution rotation rate of1200 rpm time and temperature extraction respectively 20 min and 65 C for xtraction by 1 0cm diametermembrane saturated by isoamyl benzoate solvent The analyzed sample was extracted from acceptor phasequantitatively by concentration factor 16 28 As there was memory effect new membrane was used for eachextraction In this work the detection limit and RSD were determined 21 42 nmol lit and 4 3 respectively As for the second project trace amount of lead was analyzed in environmental samples by magnetic solidphase extraction Detection in this technique was performed by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy The bestresults were obtained in pH 6 0 of acetate borate buffered sample with rotating rate of 500 rpm 2 mL eluentsolution of nitric acid with 1 5 M concentration and in 30 minues The detection limit and precision wererespectively 0 005 mg L and 2 24 3 43 Finally this technique was used for analyte measurement of Khoshk River in Shiraz and industrial wastes ofIsfahan Steel Company Keywords Membrane based liquid liquid liquid microextraction magnetic solid phase extraction electrochemistry Trimipramine lead flame atomic absorption specteoscopy
