Isfahan University of Technology Department of Textile Engineering The Effect of Braid Structure Compose of Metallic Core Yarn on The Amount of Generated Heat A Thesis Submitted in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Science By Marziyeh Namnik Evaluated and Approved by the Thesis Committee on November 20 2013 Abstract Today the textile industry produces textiles goes far beyond applications are typical applications may include heating textiles the textiles which is generating heat The project was introduced in metallic core yarn and produce braiding structure then study various parameters on the amount of heat will be generated Electrical resistance of the metal is selected as the important factor for heat production Heating elements either alone or in combination with other natural or synthetic yarn in this project using cotton fiber and copper wire core yarn has been produced heating element to be braided Necessary element is produced of a heat resistant yarn Braid may be used as hose pipe cover The impact of structure parameters on the heat produced by the use of metal bearing core yarn different variables were studied One of the parameters for the use of template variables material of tube an other is tube diameter density of braid voltage that be used In this study we research Braiding parameters of metal core yarn on amount of heat generated respectively Anova statistical analysis using spss software to define parameters affecting the heat produced braided structure Key words The structural parameters of the textures Braiding Metallic Core Yarn Heating Generated Textiles
