Abstract Since Cost of Quality COQ has important effects in companies costs and managers usuallyencounter with different problems through its implementation in their companies in this thesis it istried to overcome these problem by using Quality Function Deployment QFD approach tocustomizing COQ models To do this work main COQ questions have been used to clarify thismodel and answer to these questions Afterwards proposed method is explained and adjusted usingsome points extracting from other methods In the end proposed method is used for a case studyand outcome shows better results than the other methods
