Abstract :
Teaching is a great responsibility. To me teaching and learning are not two different things but the two sides of the same coin. There is a branch called "linear programming" in Mathematical Economics. In linear programming when it is difficult to find a solution to a primal problem an effort is made to swith to a dual problem, because the solution of the dual is the answer to the primal. Teaching satisfaction has a dual solution. Teaching satisfaction comes about with learning by students.
