664 Heterogenization of oligo ionic liquid by ion exchange encapsulation supported on SBA 15 and its application in organic synthesis Neda Samah 14 Jan 2018 Collage of Pardis Isfahan University of Technology 84156 83111 1 Mehran Ghiaci mghiaci@cc iut ac ir 2 Alireza Najafi Chermahini anajafi@ cc iut ac ir 1 Abstract In this project at first the oligo ionic liquid was synthesized and heterogenization with three different methods and used as a catalyst for organic synthesis In tow catalytic systems the method are the same by ion exchange At the first project oligo ionic liquid anion exchange with OH and heterogenized by coating with SiO2 IL OH @SiO2 used as a catalyst for biodiesel reaction In the second project also ion exchange method was used but with a large anion heteropolyacids PMo IL PMo used in cyclohexane oxidation and an interested results were achieved At third project new oligo ionic liquid was synthesis and supported on SBA 15 then the anion was changed with FeCl4 IL SBA 15 FeCl4 was used as a catalyst in ODS reaction The catalysts were characterized by different techniques such as FT IR UV BET TGA XRD FESEM EDX and TEM The catalysts performance were investigated by analytical methods like GC GCMass and UV Vis Many parameters like temperature time and the effect of solvent pressure and amount of catalyst were survived The catalysts were showed good stability under reaction conditions and maintained its catalytic activity up to 3 or 5 cycles with little decrease in reaction conversion Key words Oligomeric Ionic Liquid Heterogenization Encapsulation Biodiesel Cyclohexane Oxidation Desulfurization2 Introduction
