11Designing a Model for Resilient Supply Chain Management Using Fuzzy Cognitive Map FCM and Structural Equation Modeling Case Study Golnesar Woolen Co Ehsan Shafiei e shafiei@in iut ac ir Department of Industrial Engineering Isfahan University of technology Isfahan 84156 83111 Iran Degree M Sc Language Persian Supervisors Dr Naser mollaverdiAbstractGiven the increasing competition over the last few decades the influential role of otherorganizations involved in the production and delivery of products to the final customerattracted the attention of managers and the concept of Supply Chain Management SCM was formed with the aim of integrating the different operational circles in which supplier atthe beginning and customers at the end are placed respectively Economic crises naturaldisasters such as floods earthquakes storms fires economic sanctions supply chaindisruptions production and distribution short life cycle of products etc are potential threatsthat can always affect the supply chain Therefore resilient supply chain management hasbeen appeared with the aim of reducing the risk of dealing with disruptions and planning torespond promptly and effectively to return to the previous mode or even better than it Considerable investigations have been carried out on the benefits and effectiveness of supplychain resilience SCRES on the performance of organizations but we have designed amodel for the supply chain resilience management in the present study To achieve themodel the Fuzzy Cognitive Map FCM was used Initially to validate the obtained model Fuzzy Cognitive Map FCM and Structural Equation Modeling SEM were employed Inthe first step the maximum of research to identify the factors affecting the resilience supplychain design was studied and then all dimensions influencing the issue were extracted Thefactors extracted were modified amended and approved by the experts Dimensions ofcollaboration agility flexibility and culture of risk management were identified as the maindimensions that by the final examination 11 sub dimensions were obtained Afterdetermining the dimensions and sub dimensions 12 experts from academics and industrialprofessionals were selected and using their comments a conceptual model obtained fromthe available algorithm in the fuzzy recognition method was specified The sub dimensionsand their relationships achieved in the conceptual model were considered as hypotheses thata case study was used for its validation GOLNESAR Company was selected in this regardand a questionnaire approved by the experts was provided to the employees of the companyas well as the suppliers and distributors The results obtained from the questionnaire werevalidated using structural equation modeling SEM so that the measurement model the
