AbstractEa species having the ability of reproduction ange and adaptation with the environment can growin the environment Due to the alteration of species in the environment the population distributionof ea species may ange e procedure of these anges is investigated by the evolutionary gametheory Ro Paper Scissors game is a three strategy cyclic game in whi ea strategy dominatesanother one in a cyclic manner For example paper dominates ro but it beats by scissors In the whole population species are related to ea other To investigate these relations among thespecies the population is modeled by a network e network is composed of a set of vertices nodes in whi the relation between vertices and edges is speci ed In this thesis we consider two network structures namely two dimensional square la ice and hon eycomb network e strategies have been randomly and equally distributed in the population Ac cording to the rules of the game neighboring members are playing with ea other With respect to theresults of the simulation whi has been carried out with python a species dominates the whole popu lation e domination time is considered as an important variable in the analysis of di erent social andbiological populations Also this variable is de ned as xation time and the corresponding probabilityis de ned as a xation probability According to the results of the conducted resear having i a same winning score for three strate gies ii di erent winning scores for three strategies and iii same winning scores for two strategiesand a bigger winning score for the third strategy will almost result in a lower xation time due tothe increase of the winning score for the third strategy Also having the same winning scores for twostrategies and a smaller winning score for the third strategy results in a biger xation time due to theincrease of the winning score for the third strategy For all the considered conditions the xation timeof a square la ice is bigger than that of honeycomb network Key words Evolutionary dynamic Evolutionary game theory Ro Paper Scissors game Square network Honey comb network Average xation time Fixation probability
