c Abstract The phenomenon of learning refers to the improvement of performance of a person or an organization because of the successive works One of the effects of learning decreasing in the needed time for doing a job and also decreasing the cost in function of the number of done works The phenomenon of forgetting affects just the opposite of arning Forgetting happens because of an intruption in learning If this gap or interruption takes so long the learned items and the taken earned experiences will be forgotten a lot Thus we should not expect the same efficiency before the interruption IQ models for measuring the economic quantity of lotsizes one of the main assumptions is that the production rate is fixed and steady in all successive lots But this assumption is not true by considering learning and forgetting That is the production rate gets high and low by the effects of learning and forgetting In this thesis the aspects of learning and forgetting and their effects on conditions for production planning in case of single item are expressed With paying more attention to the literature of researches for learning and forgetting we understand that most of the studies have been focused on single item and there was no attention to multi item because of its confusing aspect However in the case of multi item these effects are realy useful for production planning Here the effects of learning and forgetting on economic production quantity factor in producing several goods with one machine ELSP CC are studied Of course in the condition that each product is just produced once in per cycle and also in the condition that each product is produced several times equally in per cycle At the end we show results of models is decreasing the length of the cycle and total average cost are less Also we have implemented these results with Electric Co and come to the same real data in production of TV and monitores for Pars conclusions i J th j M 1IPlease purchase PDF Split Merge on www verypdf com to remove
