Abstract Dams are those structures which are constructed for supplying local waters Manyproblems should be considered in dam structures mainly about their location Recentexperiences show various geological features are involved in serious problem thatoften occurs in some large dams All dams usually have some seepage after reservoirfilling This research is about 3 D Seepage analysis its control ways and staticstabilization of Soork dam s site In this way firstly geotechnical information of firstand second phase of research study was gathered Then the condition of groundwaters and structure seepage were modeled For This reason simulation wasaccomplished by using Mode flow seep w and seep 3D software base on numericalmethods and consequently seepage measures were determined After determination ofseepage for sealing of foundation and abutment of dam some approaches and theirefficiencies were studied Finally static stability of structure was studied Subsequently UDEC 3DEC andPlaxis Software were used and consequently perfect stability was concluded forstructure
