112Abstract The universities play a significant role in leading a society toward economic growthand social development Education research and services are considered as three majorduties of higher education in response to ever increasing demands within societies Toincrease the efficiency of higher education in development processes recently thecontinuum assessment and improvement of education quality have been put into theresearch agendas The major objective of higher education in development programs ispreparation of human resources to achieve development goals through necessaryexpertise with regard to social organizational dimensions The main object of this research is to assess the quality of higher education inBachelor of Science within different agricultural disciplines from the point of viewtechnical specialty dimension and socio organizational dimension This research basedon the objectives is an applied descriptive research The data have been gathered fromstatistical population including 60 academics and 209 employed graduates by surveystudy The data were gathered by means of questionnaire and were analyzed by SPSS11 5 also different nonparametric tests were used Result of this research implicate significant difference between real status and idealstatus of agricultural higher education quality in both technical specialty and socio organizational dimension that this difference in technical specialty dimension is morethan socio organizational dimension However due to existence of the significantdifference between real and ideal status regarding this dimension confirmed by both theacademics and graduates and in the different agricultural disciplines The researchhighlights the importance of this dimension in educational research
