AbstractIn the last two decades both asacemicians as well as practitioners have shown keeninterest on the subject of supply chain managemnet SCM Supply chain management SCM has been a major component of competitive strategy to enhance organizationalproductivity and profitability Also in recent years organizational performancemeasurement and metrics have received much attention from researchers and practitioners This paper develops a methodology for evaluating a supply chain based on balancedscorecard approache that measures and evaluates business operations from following fourperspectives finance customer internal business process and learning and growth Thismodel has implemented in the HEPCO company and its results have been analysed Theresults show that the highest weightage is assigned to the customer perspective andcustomer satisfaction measures
