Abstract Dalli Prospect is a Cu Au porphyry mineralization prospect and consists of two majoranomalies the North and South Hills The Main objective of the research thesis was to designdrill hold targets using three dimensional modeling of the mineralized body at Northern Hillanomaly The 3D modeling was done using geological geochemical geomagnetic andgeoelectric data Geochemical studies were done using 149 soil samples Basic statistical study normalization of data distribution separating anomalies from background multivariateanalysis consisting of cluster and factor analysis were done to create single and compositehalos maps The study shows a strong and positive correlation between copper and gold in theNorth Hill anomaly From Cu Au anomaly map an area of 400m 400m representing centerof porphyry mineralization system was determined About 1518 point ground magnetic data were processed and then interpreted usingdifferent relevant geomagnetic filters and transforms As a result a circular total magneticfield anomalous area of 600m 600m was determined in the center of the region This zone islocally correlated with Au Cu nomalies Susceptibility distribution in three dimensions wascalculated using inverse modeling Also relevant solid model was built for entire and theanomalous region Using the information of this modeling three profiles 1 3 km long weredesigned for IP RS survey Using inverse modeling of surveyed data resistivity chargeabilityand metal factor pseudo sections were provided Moreover with interpolation ofchargeability data a solid model was also created Three regions in west west north and east south were recognized as the high potential areas of Au Cu concentration which the westernanomaly is characterized with the most intensity and extension In the chapter of data integration firstly 3D distribution of Au and Cu was modeled usingthe assay data of two drill holes Then 3D susceptibility and chargeability models wereintegrated Comparing the location of two drilled holes to this integrated model revealed thatthe boreholes don t pass through the anomalous areas of chargeability model so the genuinenature of these anomalies is still unknown With integration of geological reduced to pole ofmagnetic field and the latest level of surveyed maps low proportional chargeability andmagnetic intensity were attributed to the quartz diorite intrusive unit This matter wasjustified by high magnetic intensity of sub volcanic wall rock high density of magnetitemineralization around the contact and oxidation of sulfide minerals of intrusive body According to the associations between geochemical magnetic and chargeability anomalies and the assay results of boreholes the contact of intrusive unit with the wall rock andesitesand in particular within the andesites is recognized as the high potential areas ofmineralization Therefore for testing these areas pseudo sections and 3D models ofchargeability magnetic intensity map and susceptibility Cu and Au anomaly maps and1 2500 scale geological maps were used to design three additional boreholes with certaincharacteristics
