AbstractBecause of special constraints in production processes multi products and multi stagesproduction high setup cost and setup time high expectation costs to produce and maintain ofsemi final products also not miss customers in today competing market steel industryproduction planning is one of the most complex problems in production planning On the otherhand in steel and iron production plants it is essential that production be continuous andoperation in most parts not be cut out This fact increases the complexity very much Designing different planning and time scheduling models for steel industries shows theimportance of the problem In steel industries hot rolling zone is middle zone and get therequired products from steel making area after processing give it to the next zone In moststeel plants production is based on customer order Products are allocated to orders before hotrolling with considering some constraints Allocating products to orders have some costs Onthe other hand minimizing delay in orders delivery is the second objective of planningproblem in hot rolling In this research daily planning problem in hot rolling is introduce andsuitable mathematical formulation to this model is presented This model is a lot sizingproblem with multi stage multi products and single level conditions Objective of this modelis minimizing allocation cost and costs of tardiness and earliness in order delivery To solvelarge scale problems a meta heuristic method based on multi objective decision procedure ispresented Two other multi objective methods are introduced for numerical comparison andpresented method is compare with them Effectiveness of this method in the problem isshowed with numerical results pdfMachine is a pdf writer that produces quality PDF files with ease Get yours now Thank you very much I can use Acrobat Distiller or the Acrobat PDFWriter but I consider your product a lot easier to use and much preferable to Adobe s A Sarras USA
