Abstract In this thesis we try to present a di erent decomposition of parametr space in terms of parametricsubsets and lucky prime ideals First in chapter 2 we express some fundamental concepts of commu tative algebra and algebraic geometry In this chapter the concept of Noetherian topological space inboth classical and modern algebraic geometry is expressed The spectrum of a ring will be presentedand then a new set denoted by V a is introduced It is proved that the spectrum of a ring is atopological space with closed subset of the form V a where a in an arbitrary ideal This topologyis called the Zariski topology In chapter 3 parametric subset is introduced in details including itsrelation with the reduced Grobner bases of an ideal In chapter 4 Lucky prime ideals are introduced The relation between these ideals and parametric subsets is shown in a theorem Then the conceptof Grobner cover is introduced Finally after the proof of the main theorem of this thesis we willexpress the relation of this subject with classical and modern algebraic geometry in ditails
