The impact of implementation rural master plans in Amol county Seyed Hanif Mikail Email address seyed hanif@yahoo com Date of Submission Department of Rural development Isfahan University of Technology Isfahan 84156 8311 IranDegree M Sc Language Farsi Ebrahimi ms@cc iut ac irSupervisor Mohammad Sadegh Ebrahimi Aamini@cc iut ac ir Amir Mozafar AminAbstractDespite increase in urbanization and population decline in rural areas still many rural settlements are active areasand are large section of the country s population Keep the functionality of rural areas in keeping population andcontinuation of rural activities dependent to production infrastructure to provide of services that the realization itneed to plan in rural areas One of the tools that to provide suitable conditions in rural areas is rural master plans this plan provides the spatial physical organizing in rural areas This study investigated the impacts implementationrural master plan in the county of Amol The aim of this study was to determine the effects of physical economic social and environmental implementation of rural master plans in villages of Amol county Methodology of thestudy is descriptive and analytical and much of the data used are based on field study and questionnaire of samplevillages and Interviews with executive stakeholders rural master plans The validity of research tool was obtainedby face validity of experts viewpoint and for reliability of questionnaires a pilot test was conducted Cronbach Alfacoefficient of higher than 0 7 showed that research tool is reliable Statistical populations of this research were ruralpeople that master plan has been implemented in this villages of Amol county the samples populations calculatedby Cochrane formula using simple random sampling 260 samples of villagers was selected for the study Descriptive and analytical statistics such as frequency mean CV Wilcoxon test Spearman correlation coefficientand regression analysis were used for data analysis The result of research showed that the viewpoint priority ofvillagers for impact of rural master plan were Collection surface waters Collection garbage build housing withscientific principles Widening main streets The improvement desire for staying in the village The improvementInfrastructure services Rising land prices Participation status in rural construction projects The improvement ofsuperstructure services The improvement of access to agricultural inputs and markets for agricultural products Theimprovement of village beauty The improvement of building pavement street The improvement of income levels Development the village green space The improvement of employment situation The improvement of domesticwastewater disposal The improvement of foundation for measures for attract the participation villagers andimprovement the quality of street accessory The regression results showed that in villages with high satisfactiondomain indicate that variables consent of projects are affected by variables such as the level of income andemployment for villagers the foundation for measures for attract participation villagers the improvement of villagebeauty the improvement of access to agricultural inputs and markets for agricultural products participation statusin rural construction projects the improvement of sports services the improvement of collection surface waters domestic wastewater disposal and widening main streets Sum of these variables was explained 58 2 of thedependent variable Whilst the regression results showed that variable villagers consent of projects in villages withaverage satisfaction include by variables such as the Project impact on improving cultural services qualityaccessory street participation the villagers status in rural construction projects the rate of access to agriculturalinputs and markets for agricultural products the improvement of village beauty healthcare condition and foundationfor measures for attract participation villagers Sum of these
